Hi Guys, Currently when we add a new user in Active Directory the record is not creating in People record, i mean Active directory is not sinking with people record. But the user able to use his credentials to login in Remedy once he has been added in AD but actually cannot do any request in Remedy since people record isn't created with default permissions. So now we are manually adding a user in people form as it is not sinking with AD.
