Hi,

compare the permissions of one of the users (User form) that is not working
on Development with the same user on a server that is working.

I have seen similar issues when the "General Access" group went missing from
the User records.  Adding or removing a permission from one of the users
will update the cache, so this may also be something to try.

The only change we have made since it was installed is the Mid-tier 7.6.04
SP3 201301041509 Hotfix and this definitely not a mid-tier issue. This
started after I added a support group.
