Linux has a certutil package in /usr/bin/certutil.

ls -l certu*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 172168 Dec 10 2008 certutil

You just need to copy the nss libraries to <ARSystem/bin> folder and follow
KA # KA312819

Hope this helps.
