All, ITSM 7.6.04 MS SQL 2008 Windows Server 2008 IE 8 When you go to the Home Page (Landing Console) if you have the Incident Console specified as one of the Content window, And you set the application preferences to: "Assigned To All My Groups" Nothing shows up when a person logs in. Yet if you reselect the View by: they do show up. Assigned to me seems to work fine. Searching the net looks like others have had this issue to.
