The workaround that we use is to guide our users to set the preference to "My Selected Groups" rather than All My Groups, and explain that the default is "Assigned to Me" because that is what the service desk folks want.

Yet if you reselect the View by: they do show up. Assigned to me seems to work fine. Searching the net looks like others have had this issue to. Does anyone know if there is already a defect for this or a fix for it?
