We've had similar issues with the landing page (home page). Were the consoles display ALL incidents, not just the ones pertaining to your group.

Yet if you reselect the View by: they do show up. Assigned to me seems to work fine. Searching the net looks like others have had this issue to. Does anyone know if there is already a defect for this or a fix for it?
