Hi Christie, Try this.....the easiest way to do this would be to create a new filter "On Submit" of a new AR User Preference" record (at execution order 999 or 1000) that sets the value of the "Number of Recently Used List" to '9'.....
This way you are not modifying the OOTB template code or data. You are creating an overlay to do what you need it to do. Hope this helps. Regards, Ryan.
