That does bring up a good question (at least in my mind). How does someone
land an entry level position working on BMC products? All the postings I see
are looking for experienced folks.

I do not work for nor represent BMC but –

A couple of admins I worked with took BMC admin training. The Admin training
consists of 2 web based and one on site training requirement. Upon successful
completion of a test, you can acquire Admin certification.

Thank you,

The old (and I do mean old) Arserver admin 1 and then admin 2 classes were a
good start. But unsure what the BMC equivalents would be.

Also getting a demo/sandbox system helps as well.

I have never seen any on line training that will get you up to speed for
development. The BMC classes are also offered by some of the partners.

Anyone have any recommendations on some online training for a new
admin/developer?  Do you recommend BMC classes or through another vendor?
