We are also dealing with this issue. We are running ARS 764 sp2 with Midtier 8.1sp2 (Weblogic) on IE10. Some users get the error on a daily basis and others never receive it. If we being down Weblogic and manually remove the cache files (and viewstats) it helps for a few days.
