Thanks for your email. AR version 8.0.

SERVER            APPROVAL SERVER SUSPENDED
A  (admin.)                               False
B                                                True
C                                                True
D                                                 True.

Server A is admin. that sever contain False as Approval sever suspended.
Remaining all contain True.

It will create any issue for change approval?
