Hi Suresh, The entries in the configuration file look as expected. This should not create any problem for change approval. Are you facing any issues for change approval?

AR version 8.0. SERVER APPROVAL SERVER SUSPENDED A (admin.) False B True C True D True. Server A is admin. that sever contain False as Approval sever suspended. Remaining all contain True. It will create any issue for change approval? Regards, Suresh Loganathan. Also, can you pl let me know the AR version? As part of the approval server architecture, only one approval server is in the running state and the rest all are in suspended mode. So your understanding about active approval server is correct. However, this should not create any issues for change approvals.
