Hi Guys We have a remedy 8.1 installation with full ITSM and SRM and this morning we have a problem where the remedy application service is not starting. The Service sits in a "Starting" status and the memory consumption of arserver.exe sits at 390mb and wont go any higher.
I turned on some logging on the server start up and in the log file (arstartup_6392.log) it appears to be hanging on the "Loading field mapping information". There is no error in the arerror.log file which is adding to the confusion.
