Sandra, I modified the behavior for Incidents with tasks closing, but haven't done it for work orders, although it looks similar. Take a look at WOI:WOI:EventReceiveLastChild_TaskComplete. The key is that parent form receives an "event code" of 100 when the last task is closed.
