Thanks a lot for the write up Shawn! I'm actually just about to hit the install button for a POC environment that I've created, however we are only evaluating Smart IT as we have Kinetic Data for our request tools. The one thing that you mentioned already and I don't really like is that you have to install both MyIT and Smart IT. I wish these were different choices within the installer. Will provide an update later this week on how things are going.
