Below are a few items that I'm not pleased with on Smart IT: Assignment Menu only displays support group names and only those that are within your company. I've created an idea on BMC Communities to enhance this:
https://communities.bmc.com/ideas/9444 Permission Dependency - Right now you have to have certain permissions in order to even log into Smart IT. One of those permissions is Contact People User which we do not give out to many people. I would rather see it allow all users to log in, but only show the functionality that there permissions allows them to see. This is how the current ITSM works.
