Hello LJ, Thnak you for your reply. So as per your email, i have to configure private thread queue on AR server and then i have to do changes in my mid tier config pages. Can you please tel lme where exactly i have to do these changes on mid tier. We have 4 mid tier and all are pointing towards one Load balancer.
