yes, it was retrieved. And also was resolved both plugin metadata and
snapshot metadata.
* Did you make sure that the repository the plugin is deployed to
is configured to use a unique snapshot policy (see
http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Local+Repositories)?
Yes, it is configured for handling snapshot with unique policy.
* Have you tried resolving directly from the local repository the
snapshots are deployed to?
Yes, same response.
* Have you tried purging the plugin's maven metadata from your
local m2 cache?
Yes, i did. Same error logged:
