Okay, so if manual REST works well then a similar config in Jenkins should
work the same.
Because of the 503 error, I suspect that the request doesn't reach
Artifactory at all - this can be verified by looking at Artifactory's
request.log.
Maybe it's worth examining the Jenkins config directly (the job's
'config.xml' and the server's 'org.jfrog.hudson.ArtifactoryBuilder.xml'
file) to make sure your configuration is properly saved?
