i have tried to get artifactory repo list through REST API navigator, then i
get a file with all repositories informations like this :
{"key":"libs-release-local","description":"Local repository for in-house
libraries","type":"LOCAL","url":"http://10.69.57.96:8081/artifactory/libs-release-local"},
So i don't know why i couldn't get it through command [curl -u user:password
url] and from jenkins plugin also !
the system returned "(111) Connection refuse" !
