The SMP specification doesn’t fix the bullet length.  You would buy ones that 
match the board-to-board spacing set by the digital/power connector (eg. FMC) 
to within the SMP alignment tolerance.  For example see page 11 of

Is there a digital/power board-to-board connector that is known to be
compatible with SMP? Connectors of different types are often not meant to be
used together and their heights can be significantly different - certainly by
more than 2.54mm.
