The SMP specification doesn’t fix the bullet length. You would buy ones that match the board-to-board spacing set by the digital/power connector (eg. FMC) to within the SMP alignment tolerance. For example see page 11 of http://www.deltarf.com/pdf/deltasmp_smpm.pdf
