I've downloaded it but haven't built it yet it tells me its needs qt-1.41
headers and libraries and I don't have this development kit, where is a good
ftp site to get it?

I tried building arts bulder version 0.3.4.1 but that needs qt-1.3, which I
don't have.

Now will this version compile with the qt-1.41 lib?

My mandrake installation comes with arts builder 0.4.0 alpha build , this
works but there are components missing as compared with the the latest doc.
