i dont know if having ap downtown be like ocean grove would be the way to go. ocean grove is its own place, dont make ap like that. ap hasnt had that old time, historical value for a very long time. keep the old buidlings, like whats being done. but lets have some new things open up. not stuff thats made to feel like its from 100 years ago.
