I also agree with you. While I am positive about the progress that
has been made, we don't know who was brought in to review the
initial deal - and that's a mistake regardless of whether the right
expertise was solicited or not. And there have been alot of moving
targets and modifications. I think some have been warranted, and
some less so, but there should be greater accountability driven by
the board.
