One challenge to "Blight" - would to have the courts
reconsider "blight" in light of the current redevelopment and self-
improvement by some creative people and/or regular investor. How much
of the area West of Kinglsey and East of Grand are still now "areas in
need of redvelopment"?? I pick out quite a few - but then you have to
look at the ownership of these...
Dan -true in fact that the "Lakewood" community appears to have a
signifigant interest - just run some tax reports for a start.
These "rumours" are what people fear...
I'll continue with this - but I actually have to get some work done in
Jersey city today....
