The bonding crap concerning the treatment plant is essentially the last
asset the city has....and now thats being put into hock. Its one stop
gap after another and the underlining problem is this council gave away
the waterfront for pennies on the dollar. This town is cooked! The
current council has done NOTHING TO BALANCE THE BUDGET. THEY ARE NOT
INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO FIGURE IT OUT. They keep borrowing and bouncing
credit card debt around until they pray the money rolls in from the
waterfront condos...and even there they are offering ridiculous
rebates. Do you know whats gonna happen? When your property is revalued
your taxes are gonna destroy you. The entire real estate market will be
destroyed and the state is gonna have to step in. THIS COUNCIL AND
TERRY 'THE CROOK' WELDEN ARE RESPONSIBLE. LOFFRADO, BRUNO, SANDERS AND
MELLINA ARE THE DAMN REASON. THESE SCREW BALLS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE
DOING. PERIOD! AND IF YOU SUPPORT THEM YOU DESERVE TO GO BROKE.
