Considering that anyone who develops this property has to go through 
TRC, Planning Board, Council, CAFRA and get bounced around between 
them, I disagree that anyone could have gotten this done any faster.

I do still disagee with you about Fishman being a "developer." A guy 
like Rich DePetro hires others to do all the work at the 
Brittwoods.  Is he not the developer?  Of course he is.  So is 
Fishman, no matter with whom he contracts.

Dan is redeveloping his AP house right now.  Applying his reasoning 
and yours, he isn't; the carpenters, plumbers, heating contractors, 
etc. are developing it.
