When you bring people down, (even to buy new condos) - they have to see 
more hope. Instead of wow - it's been 20 years - and this looks worse. 

People will buy, the condos will sell out - that's a given. 

I think they should be presenting plans, getting approvals for the pavs.
But then again, why should they, if they can get (when the subs build 
them) the condos built - Fish will able to flip the pavillions over and 
be done.

How much are the total taxes and boardwalk buildings?
