Point taken. Ordinarily one might not be concerned but with the history of Fishman, and the fact that no financially-backed plans are in place, you can't help thinking that what you see is what you get. I woould find it easier to give credit where credit is due in this case if the above were in place. Every taxpayer should be howling about this. I can only assume that most just don't care that the bw looks the way it does, or that they simply trust Fishman to do the right thing. That's okay if they want to trust someone with their own assets, but not the public's. Where's the plan, performance bonds, etc.? Yahoo!
