i dont recall saying the boardwalk will be done. i
think i noted that the boardwalk progess will pick up
speed once the 3 fast track projects are done.
untill then, everything will be temporary. you have
to look through the eyes of a developer, ANY
developer. there goin to do whats considered to be
safe, and what they know will work. people are always
looking for condos. people who buy condos, dont
usally care where there located. it might be a nice
added feature, but its not always the case (where
there located). things on the boaedwalk could have
been done first, but thats not as safe. being the
reputation asbuyr park has had for the last 20 plus
years. untill recenlty, people still had mixed
feelings about going there. eventhoug there were a
few cool places to eat or shop in downtown.
