Also, the way it is written doesn't really say that they have to APPLY within a certain period (does it?) but just that they have to commence work with a period after APPROVED. Of course, that's what we see as the problem with this poorly written agreement. It does not protect the city. All advantage is given to the developer (sic). Why you would continue to ride a horse that keeps throwing you is beyond me. What this city needs is competent lega representation that works in its best interests. Of course, it has to want that in the first place.
