I beleive they were transferred to Partners, however, the
supplemental agreement purportedly transfers them back to the city
and they are leased to Partners (I suspect for a nominal amount). I
don't know if that is good or bad, although I suspect they are off
the tax rolls under city ownership (maybe there is a PILOT). The
supplemental agreement also reiterates that Partners has exclusive
vendor rights on the BW but I don't know if that includes the green
acres areas. Goody, Larry Fishman's father (Art) gets to keep his
stand. The level of professionalism of our master developer I think
is exemplified by his father's BW stand. There is not even a printed
menu but the prices written on cardboard. They must have run out of
crayons.
