The numbers are being padded heavily. 400,000 sqft of retail were anticipated by the plan. The brochure states 500,000 sqft.
The reality is each pavilion site is 60x200=12000 sqft there are 7 sites 7x12000=84000 sqft the w side of ocean ave between CH and CAS adds 4x12000=48000sqft the CH storefronts add about 300x30x2=18000 sqft the CAS storefront add about 200x30x2=12000 sqft 84000+48000+18000+12000= 161000 sqft add the Carousel house at 200x200=40000 161000+40000=201000 sqft total.
