I suspect I could pick a dozen people from AP and build out the BW and restoring the pavillions (completely) within 2 years and restore the Casino, CH and Power Plant within 3-4 years (adding public and retail uses) and make the city money in the return. No matter how they dress this pig up, it's still a pig. By pig I mean the plan and the people running it. They are clowns and crooks. Faiella should not be let in the room to do any negotiation. As I told the council a while ago, there is only one hope - get rid of Fishman et al. It is an albatross around the neck of this city.
