Doesn't the 400,000 sf in the plan include the entirety of CH and 
Casino? What about the power plant? And perhaps the new hotel 
(laugh) will include some additional retail sf?

Madison Marquette does some nice malls, and they have alos done some 
urban stuff in NYC (1) and some in CA. The sketch that they have on 
the AP page looks like it was taken from Clarke Caton Hintz's stuff.
