I've always said it, Asbury Ave needs an overhaul, and should be done ASAP as
part of the
overall plan. What you may not know, is part of "asbury ave" is actually in
Neptune all the way
to almost Ridge Ave. So The Kia dealer is in Neptune, even though for years
Stein Caddy "was
Asbury Park...:"
You almost want to throw those words in "eminent domain" for the entire south
side of
Asbury Ave and make a nice clean welcoming road into AP.
In fact, if the state never decides to "fix" the Asbury Park Circle, they
should begin to clean it
up - fix the broken curbs and do a major overhaul of the landscaping.
