i dont remember, and as of right now, i sure dont have any facts! i have been glancing around at things, but not as up to date as i have been for the last few years. i think kusher did have it demolisted. not sure how he had it done, or under what law. but the view was the reason behind it. it was an eye sore to the construction of the new westly lake units. he didnt want anything blocking the view for poential buyers,
