Actually, I don't think it was BS. There seems to be something going on. It's obvious the council wants to stall on it. Think we need to praise the council when they do something we like. If there are motives we don't know about, should we let that hold us back. Sometimes positive reinforcement is the only tool we have. Big question now though is who bought the Berkeley Carteret???
