The sidewalk width on Fifth Avenue has nothing to do with the parcels east of Ocean Ave. How did you make that connection? Regarding the lot sizes - they ae fixed and defined by the subdivision of the oceanfront parcel that was done to allow the sale of individual building sites. There will be no increases unless the Plan is modified and the balance of property which is designated "Green Acres" space is delisted by the State. Werner Yahoo!
