Ha ha! At least I can identify myself without fear. For the record,
2.5 years from actually owning and about 4.5 in studying AP and 3.5
in actively looking. Be that as it may, even if it were 2 years or
less, it only took me a couple of months to see what was wrong. How
many years did it take you to be become blinded? I make a very good
living as a real estate consultant. Paid extremely well for my
opinion. I have more experience than those is charge (city) and
those who have the golden ring (Partners) collectively. You still
can;t see the forest for the trees. How many years should this take?
