My problem with the Casino is more about what I saw as a blown 
opportunity.

CH is a nice enough building to perserve history with.  I thought in 
the Casino spot, which is huge extending from the beach all the way 
west, could have been used to build something extraordinary.

Not slightly extraordinary, world class extraordinary.

Louis Navarette and I were just starting to work on the idea of a 
world-wide competition for design when all of a sudden he up and 
moved (selling his house to some nice family from Brooklyn).

Doesn't matter because it's a fight I lost.
