"They're going to pump $150 million into this boardwalk and it's going to be a one-shot deal,'' Bruno said, adding that the renovations could be accomplished in less than two years." i think its safe to say MM will be coming on board with the waterfront. i dont have any questions in my mind really. i think the waterfront can look foward to a new boardwalk too? or drastic renovations to it? is it posisable asbury parnters only put down the boardwalk that is there presnetly, because they had to? and the other one was so far gone, that something had to be done? to make it safe. could this be why it was done so cheap, or at least why it looks cheap? because they knew someone down the road would come in and change everything anyway? thats what im thinking, but who knows.
