ASBURY PARK — A 19-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a 21-year-
old wioman who was fatally shot last week in Asbury Park, authorities said.

City police have charged Nikki Moore of Asbury Park with murder and conspiracy 
to 
commit murder in connection with the death of Latyria M. Nealy, who was killed 
on Dec. 5 
in the city, according to a written statement issued this morning by the 
Monmouth County 
Prosecutor's Office.

At 9:37 p.m. on Dec. 5, police received a call about a shooting. When they 
arrived at the 
Frederick Douglas Apartments on Mattison Avenue, they found Nealy of Neptune in 
the 
parking lot, authorities said.

She was rushed to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, where she 
died from 
her injuries.

Through their investigation, Asbury Park and Monmouth County Prosecutor's 
Office 
detectives, "identified Moore as one of several individuals involved in the 
murder,'' the 
statement said.

Moore's bail was set at $1.5 million and she was being held in lieu of it, the
