all. I just didn't agree with his message on how to fix the problem.
Yes I do refute his large number. The number of Bloods in AP is
approximated by gang experts to be about 15, not 200.
It is likely higher than 15 in actuality, but certainly not 200,
unless they have a recruiting program that rivals Notre Dame.
I won't harp on the numbers. Since they are here the issue is
getting rid of them. I agree with you and others on that.
My answer: "Federalize and use RICO." More on that in today's
