Yes, I see your point and I agree. My original point was about the discussion over the 5th ave pavillion and doing one floor per year. Recognizing that MM is in this for the profit not the altruism I am hoping that they will see the economic value to fixing up the pavillion immediately instead of on some ridiculous 2-step timetable.
