The truth is, Asbury thought that building condos would solve all of our problems, without taking the time to realize that the problems in Asbury combined with the real estate market will keep people away. On my street ( which is becoming filled, once again, with spring awakened hookers) i'm not interested in hearing some of the newer residents talk about how the problems will all go away once people start moving here. Seems to be a case of flawed priorities. Meanwhile, we have a boardwalk that is going to begin promoting real estate rather then capitalize on it's very essence. And all the potential $ that could help our city will go to Seaside, Pt Pleasant and everywhere else but here.
