No offense, but that really is pretty weak reasoning. There may
NEVER be a problem with it, but to say go ahead and do something and
only worry about it if it causes a problem down the road doesn't make
much sense.
Anybody that has lived within a block of the ocean knows about the
way things blow around with our storms. Hopefully they did take
things into account before doing this otherwise it might be a mess
sooner than later.
