Even though I raised some concerns, I agree with you. When I first saw the 
mulch I thought 
it looked great. I still do. I'd just hate to see another example of something 
done half 
assed in AP.
Also, the once horrible bungalow on 1st has been undergoing a transformation, 
and even 
though it still looks run down, the grounds have been cleaned up, the hedges 
and other 
stuff has been trimmed and they even put up signs about curbing your dog. I'm 
really 
happy to see those changes.
