OK, Farmer's Market let's give that a try:
Market implies produce, goods, etc,
Need to get it to the site somehow,
Boat? Maybe - Not likely, would have to build a pier.
Airdrop? I don't think so.
Railroad ? No tracks around the Beachfront.
Trucks ? Sure lets use trucks to deliver stuff.
Trucks need roads, room to move, parking, loading docks.
OOps, we closed all the roads, planned a hotel where the parking was
and didnt consider a way to get goods into the building.
Just another day in Asbury Park.
