Nice of you to want Metro sell faster.
But -
The purpose of redevelopment is to HELP THE CITY.
Wouldn't rehabing the pavilion into a business filled fully assesed
and taxed comercial building HELP THE CITY more ??
We are going to choke on taxes due to lack of ratables.
