Tommy,

I'm just curious as to what your take is on the Future Starts Here
team setting up a plan that appeared heavily geared towards
residential and now basically changing the plan toward one geared
more towards tourism. Doesn't that kind of strike you as a bit
strange? What is coming now is almost a complete reversal.

While I'm strongly in favor of what we're seeing now, I have a hard
time calling them great leaders when they basically came up with a
plan, took several years, and then scrapped the plan for something
which makes more sense for a beach town. Wouldn't a great leader
set a course of action that would work from the beginning? Or do you
disagree that the plan seems to have moved from residential to
tourism based?
